The Center for Effective Philanthropy yesterday released a new report about how foundation funders can strengthen relationships with their nonprofit grantees.
Given the crucial role of the program officer in the funder-grantee relationship, CEP interviewed 11 program officers, including Elizabeth Love of Houston Endowment, for the report. The report highlights “these program officers’ insights about how they view their role and what they believe it takes to be a good program officer.”
