Jadeline Cao

Jadeline Cao provides operational support to Houston Endowment’s President and CEO and directs special initiatives on behalf of the executive office. She works cross-functionally to establish and exceed the Foundation’s goals, maintain strategic alignment, drive efficiency, and increase programmatic impact.

In previous roles, Cao sharpened her operational leadership, project management, and facilitation skills to maximize collaboration and outcomes for mission-driven teams. She has a diverse background within the non-profit sector from community lending to non-profit consulting to public education. Most recently, Cao worked at YES Prep where she managed strategic initiatives and special projects in the office of the CEO and later on the talent team.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology and urban studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
