Darryl L. Wilson

Darryl Wilson is the president and founder of The Wilson Collective, a business advisory firm investing in small businesses and providing management consulting services to diverse corporate clients.

He served 25 years as a senior executive for the General Electric Company, where he built and led complex global businesses across power generation, energy management, transmission and distribution, and lighting. During his tenure, he lived and led businesses in the United Kingdom, Europe, and China.

Wilson serves on the boards of directors of NextEra Energy, Eaton Corporation, Primerica Corporation, and Solventum Corp. He also serves on the boards of Good Reason Houston and Texas Children’s Hospital.

Wilson earned an MBA from Indiana University–Bloomington and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University.
