John Rosenkild

John leads the legal and corporate governance functions at Houston Endowment. He advises on a variety of legal issues, including tax, board governance, and real estate matters.

Prior to joining Houston Endowment, John served as General Counsel at ConnectGen LLC and Assistant General Counsel at Clean Line Energy Partners, both Houston-based renewable energy infrastructure companies. He began his legal career as a corporate associate with Vinson & Elkins LLP in Houston.

John holds a law degree from Columbia Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Brown University.
