Lynn Droddy

As a Grant Associate, Lynn Droddy works to optimize the processing of the Foundation’s grantmaking.

She began her career in the nonprofit sector as a systems analyst. She spent 24 years as a small business owner in Beaumont, Texas before she moved to Houston in 2017 and joined Houston Endowment in 2018. Droddy has served in various volunteer capacities for CASA, BISD, Meals on Wheels, Salvation Army, and other organizations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in MIS and a Master of Arts in literature and creative writing from Lamar University.
