Matthew Sloan

With over 16 years of administrative and coordinator experience, Matthew Sloan provides executive administrative support to the Vice President of Programs. In this role, he assists with calendar management and the success of daily operational needs.

Before joining the Houston Endowment in 2024, Sloan spent 18 years at Texas Children’s Hospital. There, he served in many positions including as an executive admin to vice presidents and executive vice presidents and assisted with various projects, managed finances, and supported other operational needs. Sloan thrives on communication, understanding, professionalism, and trust in his day-to-day interactions and wants to utilize these core principles to help make a difference in the community.
